Blue Mountain Ranch provides 100% grassfed and grass finished beef to customers throughout the state of Oregon. Our beef is raised on our ranch, finished on native grasses during the peak growing season, harvested on site and dry aged for 21 days in the cooler. It is then cut and wrapped according to your personal specifications, flash frozen to preserve nutrients, moisture and texture, and either delivered or picked up at a pre-arranged date and location.
Our beef is typically harvested by the middle of June and ready for your BBQ grill by the middle of July. We often have beef available during other times of the year, just ask!

We do require a deposit to secure your order and we are happy to answer any questions you may have when you order your beef.
